My Match with the Giant – and My Standing Setup BREAKDOWN

2 Discs Thank You

Didn’t have oodles of time today, but I had someone ask about what happened to the breakdown I did of my 12 second match with “The Giant” (a 230-pound D-1 Wrestling I submitted in an expert grappling tournament a while ago). I put the video up on my regular MicroBJJ channel (embedded above).

The BIGGEST factor here is initiative. If your a smaller grappler, its imperative to take control of the reactions FAST and be the one to set the pace. As for the technical side of the inverted leg lock, you can learn that right here! (It’s a favorite of mine and I hope you enjoy it)

I hope you guys dig the setup above. I’ve been tinkering around more and more with standing inversion setups and loving it. When I come up with some new cool stuff you can bet this is the first place I’ll be plopping up a video :)!

Happy Leg Locking,

-Daniel Faggella

PS: I’ve recently put together a CRAZY limited-time giveaway of my “Leg Locking Bigger Opponents” DVD with another Leg Lock DVD that I think you’ll REALLY find helpful.
