Keenan Cornelius – Sneaky Kneebar

Straight Kneebar at Grappler’s Quest

Straight up ridiculous. The transition at the end is Leg Lock Jazz out the wazzoo. One position to another, one attack to another defense to another transition – the way real-deal leg locks should look.

Notice a few things:

  • Keenan is already attacking as soon as his opponent attempts to sweep with the 50-50
  • Keenan’s grip on the kneebar is allowing him to prevent the opponent from rolling out (notice how tight to his own head the grip is!)

Now, maybe not all of you had spider-legs like Keenan, but you can all take these 2 concepts and run with them. Keep rolling,
