The Science of Skill team is proud to unveil our brand new website. Unfortunately, as a result of the transition process, some of our customer may experience problems logging into their subscription programs, such as SoS+ or SoS Academy. I was billed, but I don’t know why. What should I do next?

If you are unsure as to why you were charged by our company, please call (800) 509-2605 or fill out the "Submit a Support Ticket" form on the right-hand side of the page. One of our agents will help you understand what the charges are for. Sometimes customers don’t notice that their product comes with a free trial to one of our subscription programs that eventually bills them after the trial expires. We don’t want customers billed for subscription programs for which they didn’t realize they signed up, so please do not hesitate to contact us if this happens. As per our refund policy, we will refund you up to sixty days of subscription payments right away.

Why am I being billed $2 each day for 5 days?

Some of our product offers bill in this way until they bill the total cost of the product and/or shipping. For example, some of our products cost $10 in total, but the customer is billed $2 for five days. These payments have nothing to do with one of our subscription programs. Once this series of payments has been collected you will no longer be billed. Products that bill this way are listed as doing so both on the sales page from which you ordered and in the shopping cart when you go to check out. How do I request a refund for a subscription payment?

In order to request a refund for a subscription charge, please call (800) 509-2605 or fill out the "Submit a Support Ticket" form on the right-hand side of the page asking for a refund. Refund requests made over the phone will be handled right then and there. One of our support agents will cancel your subscription and refund you up to sixty days of subscription payments for the program. If you request a refund via our Contact Us forms, a customer support agent will email you back with the confirmation regarding your successful refund.

I was billed for a subscription program, but I don’t use the program. Can I get a refund?

Our refund policy is as follows: we will refund up to sixty days of subscription program payments—that’s two payments—no questions asked. Please bear in mind that we cannot refund more than sixty days of subscription payments for the same subscription program. If I cancel one of my subscriptions, will I still have access to any of its content?

Unfortunately, upon canceling your subscription to the Science of Skill Academy, you will no longer be able to log into the program; therefore, you will lose access to its content. Similarly, upon canceling your subscription to Science of Skill Plus (SoS+), you will no longer be able to log into our website as a Science of Skill Plus member, and you will lose all benefits associated with Science of Skill Plus.

How do I cancel my subscription to the Science of Skill Academy or to Science of Skill Plus (SoS+)?

How do I request a refund for a product or digital download that isn’t a subscription program?

Please let us know why you are seeking a refund for one of our products so that we can provide better assistance to you. Oftentimes when people ask for refunds for one of our products, it’s because their product has taken too long to ship and hasn’t arrived at its destination yet. If this is the case, we can send out the product again absolutely free of charge. We’ll do the same if your product arrives broken, so let us know what issue you’re having so we can provide you the help that best handles your issue.

Why am I asked to pay $2 a day for 5 days in order to buy this product?

From time to time, Science of Skill offers products at a significant discount from our store price here. In order to accomplish this we process multiple payments over a period days. Should you wish to simply pay for the product once, you most certainly can here, however please do note that it will fall outside of the discount being offered.

Where do I find the download link for my digital product?

If you purchased a digital product, the download link will be in an email sent to the email address you used to purchase the product. If you do not see the email in your inbox, please check your spam folder and see if your email service is marking Science of Skill as spam. Where do I find the tracking number for my package?

Please consult your confirmation email of the package being sent for the USPS Tracking Number to see where your package is today. Should you need assistance finding this information please call (800) 509-2605 or fill out the "Submit a Support Ticket" form on the right-hand side of the page asking us for the tracking number on your package.

I have not received my product I ordered more than a week ago. Where is my product?

If your product hasn’t arrived after 7 business days, please call (800) 509-2605 or fill out the "Submit a Support Ticket" form on the right-hand side of the page making us aware of your delay in shipping. We will be able to check where your product is in transit and on what date your product was actually shipped. If we can not locate your product in transit and it has been more than 7 business days since you ordered it, we will send you a new product free of charge.

I have not received my product I ordered less than a week ago. Where is my product?

Sometimes it can take 7 – 10 days business days for products to reach their destinations depending on where you are in the world in relation to our warehouse. Please allow for this amount of time for your product to arrive. Additionally, please consult your confirmation email of the package being sent for the USPS Tracking Number to see where your package is today. Science of Skill Academy is one of our subscription programs that provides users access to self-defense, survival content and materials, such as videos in both download and streaming formats. Some of our products come with a 14-day free trial to the program and then transitions to a $57 per Month Subscription Fee until cancelled.

What is Science of Skill Plus (SoS+)?

Science of Skill Plus is a subscription program which provides a number of benefits. Members receive a 10% discount on products purchased from our store, as well as free shipping on all store bought products. Members also gain access to a portion of our video course products. Finally, members receive a number of discounts, such as 25% off of National Rifle Association membership fees. Other stores also offer a discount for Science of Skill plus members, such as Cabela’s Ammunition, Workboots.com, Green Beetle, and Survival Frog.

How quickly will my issue be resolved?

Product Refund Policy

I can’t get my online video product to stream. What do I do next?

Streaming video is a function of your Internet Service Provider. If the video has begun loading and is slow or choppy, you will need to seek a faster connection, or pause the video while it loads. If the video will not load at all it is likely that the link is incorrect, please call (800) 509-2605 or fill out the "Submit a Support Ticket" form on the right-hand side of the page and we will send you a new download link to your preferred email address.

Where do I find the download link for my digital product?

If you purchased a digital product, the download link will be in an email sent to the email address you used to purchase the product.
